These terms govern your use of the Chubby app. By using Chubby you agree to them.
Chubby helps you track your pet’s food, calories, and weight. Calorie estimates — including AI photo estimates — are approximations provided for informational purposes.
Chubby is not a veterinary service and does not provide medical diagnoses or treatment. Calorie targets and weight guidance are general estimates. Always consult a veterinarian before changing your pet’s diet, especially for weight loss, and whenever your pet has a health condition.
You need an account (Sign in with Apple) to use Chubby. You are responsible for activity under your account. You may stop using the service and request account deletion at any time.
Some features require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed through your Apple account, renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and can be managed or cancelled in your device’s subscription settings. Free trials, where offered, convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled before the trial ends. Refunds are handled by Apple under Apple’s policies.
Do not misuse the service — including attempting to disrupt it, reverse engineer it, or use it for unlawful purposes.
You retain rights to the photos and information you submit. You grant us the limited license needed to operate the service (for example, processing a food photo to estimate calories).
The service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties and limit our liability to the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months before a claim.
We may update these terms; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be reflected by a new effective date.
